We’re going to mature a lot of our future whisky in ex-sherry casks. We decided to find an amazing producer and enjoy their sherry in the meantime.

We’re going to mature some of our future whisky in ex-port casks. We found a truly superb producer whose casks we will use, and port we can enjoy in the meantime.
