Blender’s Notes

Step away from the tropical notes of Perpetuity II and into cherries, toffee apples, black tea and baking spices, with the most subtle of peat smoke, reminiscent of freshly extinguished matchsticks. Apple crumble lingers from the previous batch, with buckets of rum and raisin ice cream from the re-racked Invergordon, Girvan and North British American Standard Barrels.

Perfect for hi-balling, low-balling and balling in general.
